Walworth County Health & Human Services will host a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at Eastview Elementary School (535 Sage Street, Lake Geneva) from 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 13, 2022. 

The clinic will administer:

- PFIZER 1ST & 2ND DOSES (12+)

- PFIZER BOOSTER VACCINE (18+)

- JOHNSON AND JOHNSON (18+)

- Free
